Its that time of year, people are moving in and out of the community. This has resulted in a noticeable increase in the amount of bulk trash (furniture, mattresses, appliances etc) being left in and around the dumpsters. It has become a BIG problem. It costs the HOA to have these bulk items hauled away. This is an expense that typically is not included in planning the yearly budget. If it continues, the board will need to add this to the 2019 budget. There are projects that are coming up, hopefully the added expense will not cut something out or put it on hold.

If you see items other than regular trash being put in and around the trash containers, please take note of what unit the person is associated with. Let management know. The charge of the removal and a fine will be assessed to the owners account. Pictures are very helpful. We appreciate all in helping with this ongoing problem.

If you lease your unit, let your tenants know not to put their unwanted items in and around the dumpster. You as the owner are ultimately responsible.
